I felt comfortable during the entire process. I got the exact vehicle I wanted and was satisfied with the pricing.. The car was delivered 2 days later. She spent the time to get all the paperwork completed correctly and go through the features of the car.. During the process I did meet 2 sales managers who were also pleasant to deal with. At the end , I met the business manager, who did a final review of the paperwork , and explained the extended warrant . Like every one else, he was also professional. I can only give this dealership an excellent rating. More

Tony, a sales representative came over to me to answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to speak with. I informed him that I was not looking to buy but he still took time out of his day to answer all questions. Next thing I know, we are sitting down figuring numbers out. With the assistance of Joe Ruffalo and Frank Portaro, a deal was made and I walked out the the dealership with a new vehicle at a great price. I could not have been happier. To complete my experience, the young lady who assisted with the insurance paperwork was delightful and pleasant. Tony Caporale (finance) was professional and explained the finance portion thoroughly without rushing me. I must not leave out the purpose of my visit, which was to service my vehicle. The service department treated me like family (as usual). John Arias recognizes me each any every time I arrive to maintain mine or my wives vehicles. My wife and I are on our 10th Hyundai and have dealt with numerous management groups, but this group was by far above the rest. More
