For my first time purchasing a Hyundai, I feel this dealership was A+ from my first visit until I picked up my car. All the sales people, finance dept. were wonderful. They helped me find the best package that I could afford and made me feel confident of my purchase. I highly recommend Robert Savage (he was always available, regardless of the time of day) for all of my questions the week leading up to picking up the car. I was about to give up and my husband talked me into going to the Hyundai store in New Rochelle on 3/11/14, at first I was feeling like we were not going to get anywhere, and then Robert spoke to us and going to the Hyundai store in New Rochelle on 3/11/14, at first I was feeling like we were not going to get anywhere, and then Robert spoke to us and relayed all of our concerns to the Business Manager Neal who took the time to sit us down and go through everything, I was so well informed and appreciative that with all he had to do he had time for us. He worked to get us the best APR rates even lower than Capital One, that was kind of shocking but while he was working his magic Robert, engaged us buy talking about the good old times in Jamaica. We left with a 2011 Hyundai Elantra, what a sweet vehicle we could not have asked for a better car. I am so please with how we were treated and the patience that they had for all our questions and concerns that I am sending them a gift basket because I truly expected to be swindled and we were treated as if they had known us forever. No all experiences are meant to be good ones but it sure feels great when you can tell people about one. Good job Robert and Neal!!!! More

Before entering new rochelle hyundai I was skeptical,as I always when purchasing a new car.As soon as entered I was met with a warm greeting and given ample time to inspect their showroom. My sales person offered me refreshments and donuts,then we sat down to talk business,Jennifer was very knowledgable,she went over every available option on both the Tuscan and Santa Fe,the 2 vehicles I was interested in and help me choose which vehicle would best suit my needs.We then worked out a reasonable price which I was very satisfied with.The next morning my new car car was washed,fully gassed and the paperwork was just waiting for my signature.It turned out to be a most welcome and pleasurable experience Thank You very much Jen More

We initially worked with Astley. He seemed very professional. He seemed to fully understand that we did not want to play around. Unfortunately, his unprofessional and inept boss messed up the dea professional. He seemed to fully understand that we did not want to play around. Unfortunately, his unprofessional and inept boss messed up the deal. He kept asking us how much we wanted the vehicle for and we stuck to our guns and did not tell them. At that point the manager yelled at us like a KID. When we saw the manager's behavior, we were so surprised. We feel the manager is bad for business. He either needs training or new work. OH! And the manager lied and said no other Hyundai dealership will give us car washes and oil changes. News for him the dealership we ended up buying from gave us those things. If you don’t have to work with the manager, you may be able to get a good deal. Please note: Astley seemed okay to work with but his manager needs to go. I am not sure if the managers name is Jeremie Rodriguez. More

Everyone at the dealer ship was Great.. Informative, friendly, helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a bit of a wait for the car to be brought in from Mt. I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted and introduced to a sales professional named Mark. He was very patient while I asked questions about leasing versus buying as well as questions on severa introduced to a sales professional named Mark. I left the dealership with the intentions to meet with Mark the following day and purchase a car. When I returned to the dealership, Mark was not there (he was out sick) but he was kind enough to give another sales professional, Freddie Mercado, a heads up that I would be returning. Freddie was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked a million questions as a first time buyer. He was able to find me a car in my price range without making me feel pressured to go outside of my range. While Freddie showed me plenty of choices, Neal Matos (the business manager) was very helpful in helping me get the financing I needed in order to buy the car. Neal was very personable and extremely courteous offering beverages and explaining everything very clearly so a first time buyer like me could understand exactly what I would be spending by purchasing the car. They were both wonderful with the paperwork. My (used) new car was detailed quickly and given to me immaculate. Even the valet took my keys with a smile and was friendly and polite. Everyone at both dealerships (new and used) worked together to present me with several options without ever making me feel like they were trying to sell me anything! I would absolutly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More
