Both salespeople Javier and Robert were very friendly and helpful when I came in looking for a pre-owned car. They both really listened to my specifications and didn't waste time trying to sell me something I didn't want to buy. I wound up with a Hyundai Sonata with the right mileage and year in my price range. Javier especially helped me with touching up a few small dings on the car, and a repair to the console. He clearly went above and beyond to give incredible customer service. In addition, the dealership has a lot of pre-owned cars on the lot to choose from. I have purchased several used cars in the past including Honda's and Toyota's and by far New Rochelle Hyundai was the best experience of all my new car purchases. I am heading to Cape Cod on Sunday with my new car with some of my girlfriends just wanted to say how friendly the dealership is. I had a crazy day at work and got to the dealership later than I wanted to and enjoyed myself with all the staff that works there and will recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers!! I will post a picture of my new car ...I needed something bigger after recently started a part time business doing face painting so will send take a picture of myself and my Ruby Red Elantra and some of my face painting work!! New Rochelle Hyundai Rocks and they will be my dealership from now on!! I communicated with the sales person by an email and phone call. The finalized deal in our communication was $415.00 with 3K down payment with 0% finance. I made a call to him that I would be there to make a decision on which car I would pick. As soon as I got there, many things were changed. The first thing they changed was change from 0% finance to 2.9% finance. The 2nd ugly experience I got was that they made me and my daughter wait until the last hour. The 3rd ugly thing was that the sales person did not call me back when I made calls concerning my license plate. When I finally had a talk with him only after a few frantic calls to the dealership, that was the moment he informed me that they had got my license plate with the temporary license plate almost expired. My friend's temporary license plate was already expired. There was one thing I thought to be ugliest, but the sales person(actually he was a nice guy to work with) actively resolved the thing, resulting that my suspicion was removed. Actually it turned out a misunderstanding. Because of this resolution, I accept that phone call I made may have not reached to his phone. Overall, my recommendation to the sales person is O.K. More

I want to thank Marc LaMassa and New Rochelle Hyundai for a great experience. I originally was looking for a CPO car 2011 and seen certain must have features and bumped up to 2012 Sonata Limited. These car a great experience. I originally was looking for a CPO car 2011 and seen certain must have features and bumped up to 2012 Sonata Limited. These cars go off the lot like Hot Cakes. I was in contact with Marc concerning several CPOs and finding the best car for my money. Marc was very patient and consistent in working with me to find the best car. After several weeks, the certain CPO 2012 i wanted was very hard to find anywhere. I had tried several other dealerships but i didnt find anything i wanted or they were already sold. After about a week, Marc notified me that i could get a new 2013 Sonata Limited for just about 1000 more then i was looking to pay. I took the deal and i have been exceedingly happy ever since. I have had my "Miracle Whip" for over 3 weeks now and i am in love with it. Overall, I loved the customer service from everyone in dealership and i thank god i didnt have to deal with a liar/crook dealership. I didnt get charged any ridiculous fees and i would definitely come back. I hope the Service portion is the same as the Sales. Thanks Marc. Sorry i dont remember anybody else name but Thanks!! More
