I want to thank Marc LaMassa and New Rochelle Hyundai for a great experience. I originally was looking for a CPO car 2011 and seen certain must have features and bumped up to 2012 Sonata Limited. These car a great experience. I originally was looking for a CPO car 2011 and seen certain must have features and bumped up to 2012 Sonata Limited. These cars go off the lot like Hot Cakes. I was in contact with Marc concerning several CPOs and finding the best car for my money. Marc was very patient and consistent in working with me to find the best car. After several weeks, the certain CPO 2012 i wanted was very hard to find anywhere. I had tried several other dealerships but i didnt find anything i wanted or they were already sold. After about a week, Marc notified me that i could get a new 2013 Sonata Limited for just about 1000 more then i was looking to pay. I took the deal and i have been exceedingly happy ever since. I have had my "Miracle Whip" for over 3 weeks now and i am in love with it. Overall, I loved the customer service from everyone in dealership and i thank god i didnt have to deal with a liar/crook dealership. I didnt get charged any ridiculous fees and i would definitely come back. I hope the Service portion is the same as the Sales. Thanks Marc. Sorry i dont remember anybody else name but Thanks!! More

This was a really good experience from both getting the car my wife and I needed, getting it all explained, prepared and approved for us, I have nothing but the best to say about the way Peter, Richard and car my wife and I needed, getting it all explained, prepared and approved for us, I have nothing but the best to say about the way Peter, Richard and Greg had made it all possible. This all started with a phone call from me at a late point in the day on a Saturday, past the dealership hours. I was honestly expecting to leave a message, but to my surprize it was Greg Munoz (the General Manager) that answered and (though was very late Saturday) he took time to explain the vehicule to me and also to set up all needed appointments to me, for the following day. Greg was absolutely great to deal with. And the very following day, I had met Peter and Richard that met with both my wife and I, took us on to a road test, explained the vehicule that we wanted, and pretty much moving everything towards what needed to be done to get a great deal on our future vehicule. I was honestly impressed by the professionalism, the knowledge, patience and care that Peter, Richard and Greg showed to us. I feel that they went over and beyond what other dealers would have done (and we hve a long driving experience). For these reasons I highly recommend this place to you. If there was a 6 star here, I feel thet they deserve it. More
