Bad sales communication and negotiation tactics, I put a $500 dollar deposit down on a vehicle and it got sold! I was ready to buy it and sit down and come home with it! Just to learn it sold, I was extreme $500 dollar deposit down on a vehicle and it got sold! I was ready to buy it and sit down and come home with it! Just to learn it sold, I was extremely frustrated. I wanted my refund back and my money should have hit my account already since last week, now it’s two weeks and still nothing! Quick to take money but not refund!! More

Overall good experience. Definitely lower prices compared to others in the area. I would've considered financing through them but the finance department couldn't seem to fi Definitely lower prices compared to others in the area. I would've considered financing through them but the finance department couldn't seem to find time to reach out to me when they had over 5 days to do so. They didn't call me until 730 pm the night before I was supposed to pick up my car. At that point I already secured financing through my bank. Saadia Parks was great. She didn't attempt to pressure me into anything like reps at other dealerships. She was very knowledgable and addressed any concerns I had. Briefly met the manager who seemed great as well. More
