In all the years I have been purchasing or leasing vehicles my experience with Empire was by far the Best. My sales person Jesesnia vargas was incredible, she went out of her way to make the transacti vehicles my experience with Empire was by far the Best. My sales person Jesesnia vargas was incredible, she went out of her way to make the transaction the most relaxful I have ever felt in a car dealership she had to lose weight running around as much as she did, I very lovely woman. Mike one of the managers and David the finance manager were also part of my great experience. I highly recommend Empire Hyundai. More

I brought my Venue in for regular service, They did an oil change and a multi-point inspection and it did not cost anything with the three year free maintenance on my leased car. They are nothing but thieves and scam artists. They love to hustle people out of money. I had a 2020 Hyundai sonata they was leased for 3 years with 40k miles. 6 months before my lease was up the They love to hustle people out of money. I had a 2020 Hyundai sonata they was leased for 3 years with 40k miles. 6 months before my lease was up the check engine light pops up. I bring it to new Rochelle Hyundaia service center (which is another xxxx show). They tell me there is sludge in the engine and the engine needs to be replaced. They are now putting this on ME saying it was maintenance neglect instead of putting it through the warranty. Even after showing them 8 maintenance records from my mechanic stating I got all my oil changes. on top of all this they had no loaners to give during this time that I had no car and stated that all their loaner cars were out with engine issues; go figure. They literally put me in a horrible situation and expect me to pay $15000 for a new engine in a car that I proved I maintained! They are scammers and hustlers!! More
