I am happy to see that Empire Hyundai, responded to my dissatisfaction with Finance department. Representative from finance department (Jessica) called me on Friday to apologies, clarify and give explanation of my concerns. I am kind of satisfied with her explanation, but not from Hyundai. It's still had no clear transparency with customer for interest rate. Sorry I don't want to be a complainer, but have to say that, most recent experience with sales and billing in reference to vehicle registration and license plate. Week before my temporary registration and license plate expires (09/08/2022), I called Saadia and she have been trying to help out. Informed that billing will call me on 09/03/22, nobody call to inform status of registration and plate. I called several times, not getting updates. On Friday September 9, 2022, Saadia was out and finally was able to talk to billing. I forgot the name of the lady, I had conversation regarding my registration and plates not received, she check for it and said, she received today (Friday) and going to send by FedEx overnight, I requested her to overnight Saturday delivery, she said yes, and I did not received. I am hoping it gets delivered today. Due to registration was expired on 09/08/22, I was concern driving Hyndai Elantra, I took day off and don't want to get in unnecessary issue with COP and on my record. I know Saadia promise me to take her word and if Cop fines for expire registration Empire Hyundai will pay for it, still decided to take safe approach. I could not stay home today, I have to drive Elantra to work. I have long commute everyday roundtrip 102 miles. Disappoint that, Empire Hyundai should keep track of customers registration expiring and don't follow up, until customer reminds them. I fully understand it's DMV take time, but customer should be updated and how to address in situation of expired registration. Please don't take me wrong, I don't personally like to complaint, but what happen in my case, learn from it and should be more proactive and update customer. Thanks Vinay Upadhyaya
