Today's Date April 7th, 2022 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW HERE: I want to take this opportunity right now to update and share some new information pertaining to my review above.. The day after I posted this review, I was immediately contacted directly by the General Manager of the dealership. His name is Dean Ciccarelli. I appreciated how he was understanding and concerned about my feelings regarding the situation.. He was very thorough and professional with me as well.. A workable solution is in progress at the moment, which includes emergency ordering the replacement part today.. He said he will text me when it arrives so that I can be there at the dealership when they install it.. I thank you Mr. Ciccarelli for going above and beyond for me.. Sincerely, Jose Torres.

Today's Date April 11th, 2022 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW THAT I POSTED ABOVE HERE: I want to take this opportunity right now to update and share some new information pertaining to my review above.. The day after I posted this review, I was immediately contacted directly by the General Manager of the Hyundai dealerships.. His name is Dean Ciccarelli.. He spoke to me in person by explaining the technical aspects of Installing a new replacement for my power window switch.. He explained in detail how beneficial it would be for my car if the replacement and installation were done by a licensed Huyndai technician as opposed to how it was replaced first hand as demonstrated in the above mentioned YouTube video I saw.. I appreciated how he was understanding and concerned about my feelings regarding the situation.. He was very thorough and professional with me as well.. A workable solution is in progress at the moment, which includes installing the replacement part immediately today.. I thank you Mr. Ciccarelli for going above and beyond for me...
