Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle

I've purchased many cars in my 50 some odd years of life but no experience was better than New Rochelle Hyundai. First, my wife was in the market for a 2022 Santa Fe XRT and she wanted her purchase to be at but no experience was better than New Rochelle Hyundai. That was a good sign considering all of their competing dealerships in the tri-state area wanted a market adjustment of $3K-4K on average. Once we arrived to complete the deal we were met by Percy, who is a splitting image of Vic from the cop show "The Shield". He then connected us with our salesperson Erik Nava, super cool guy. I like to connect with people on a personal level and we did immediately. On delivery day we went to the F&I guy Jamie who totally was cool and flexible when we asked to have certain warranty items removed from the price. No pressure at all. I give this play by play because so much negativity can be said about car dealers and dealerships and some of it is justifiable. But at New Rochelle Hyundai my overall impression was they want a fair deal for themselves and they want a fair deal for the consumer. It's a total win-win environment. More

Jose Vargas was so friendly from the beginning and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I truly appreciate how helpful Jose was through the entire process and being so patient with us. I had explained to him that I was more concerned with the safety features over anything else, he even took the time to preset what he thought was best for my 17 year old and then went over all of them with me to see if I approve. It's the little things... I also want to thank Jamie Eniscio for his customer service. I appreciate the fact that he didn't push unnecessary services. He explained all of the services that I could purchase and then gave me a chance to decide. He was also very personable with both my son and daughter. My son left there saying that everyone was so nice and we should go back. That was so nice to hear. More
