Once we arrived to complete the deal we were met by Percy, who is a splitting image of Vic from the cop show "The Shield". He then connected us with our salesperson Erik Nava, super cool guy. I like to connect with people on a personal level and we did immediately. On delivery day we went to the F&I guy Jamie who totally was cool and flexible when we asked to have certain warranty items removed from the price. No pressure at all. I give this play by play because so much negativity can be said about car dealers and dealerships and some of it is justifiable.
