Zero stars for zero service. I walked into the dealership to look at cars my Dad was excited to show me and did not receive so much as a hello. No one barely looked in our direction. We were looking at the f to look at cars my Dad was excited to show me and did not receive so much as a hello. No one barely looked in our direction. We were looking at the few cars that they have in the showroom and expected someone out of the approximately 8 people to say hello and offer to assist us; that never happened. As someone in the customer service field, this is unacceptable! Everyone walked around, looked at a file cabinet and even a few congregated to talk for a few minutes. We even stood in the middle where everyone could see that we were there and looked directly at them; still no one said anything! I was extremely pissed and attempted to contact corporate after what I feel was a total waste of time. I will never purchase from them. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. I told my Dad that I was not interested in looking at any vehicles outside because the service inside was nonexistent and I absolutely refuse to spend my hard earned money in an “establishment” where no one acknowledges you. More
