What a waste of time it was trying to deal with these dishonorable con artists. I initially spoke to Ashley who worked up a quote. She repeatedly confirmed all inclusive rate and down payment and I went through all the individual potential "gotcha" charges. She booked an appointment for me and when I arrived I was instead given to Mike who reconfirmed rate and "all inclusive." Eventually after making me wait and being evasive on specifics he admitted it would be an additional $1500 down to achieve the rate. What crooks. Stay away. More
