My leased 2018 Genesis G80 Sport was towed to the dealer for a dead battery with 7,800 miles on the odometer. I mentioned to also check a valve tap. My car has been sitting there for 12 weeks now and counting and nothing was done. I was told I needed a new engine in which I am still waiting. Trying to get through to the service dept is impossible! No one ever answers or calls you back after leaving message, after message,after message. I was waiting to lease a new 2021 G80 but after this there's no chance staying with this brand. This is my 2nd Genesis and will definitely be my last! I wonder if the new owner of this dealership knows how his customers are treated. I would love to tell him. More

Thanks mechanic 106 who did an excellent job on the repair of my vehicle. Service advisor Keith Bryan was also excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way and sent me pictures. He also worked diligently with corporate Hyundai. I would highly recommend New Rochelle Hyundai service department. More
Glad I came to New Rochelle I was shopping around for a few weeks ( the lease on my 2017 Santa Fe was up ) . I contacted / visited several Hyundai dealers . I not only wanted to I was shopping around for a few weeks ( the lease on my 2017 Santa Fe was up ) . I contacted / visited several Hyundai dealers . I not only wanted to get quotes , but I also wanted to speak to someone who I felt was going to answer all questions . I came across some decent quotes and some very energetic sales consultants . But , for whatever reason I felt most comfortable with Vincent Weldon from Hyundai of New Rochelle . He had energy , answered ALL questions and most important was sincere . He made my leasing experience great ( Which lets be honest , is not always the case ) . Can't thank Vince enough . Side note - I left my hat/ cap there and Vince was nice enough to hold it for me until I was able to pick up . Thanks again Vince More
