I was fooled into purchasing an extended war **BUYER BEWARE** If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I purchased a vehicle at Hyundai of New Rochelle. I was fooled into purchasing an extended warranty I purchased two extended warranties totaling close to $2000. Recently my car needed work and upon calling the warranty company it was confirmed that Hyundai never submitted those signed warranty contracts to their warranty company. In fact they sold same contract with my same contract number to another woman later on. I dealt with Marc Lamassa who was arrogant and basically told me to go to court. He then told me the VP of Hyundai New Rochelle named MICHAEL RENAUD would correct this issue. Michael called me hours after he said he would. When I finally spoke with Michael and said he was aware I was robbed of close to $2,000 and said because he wasn’t there when transactions took place he wouldn’t take the responsibility. He would only help me if I DID NOT put this information of his company on yelp and or social media. Just shows what a sleezy company he is running. Finally after many promises of giving me my money back and helping me he disappears and I never hear from him again. I now am looking at many reviews on yelp and other platforms and many others were scammed as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI OF NEW ROCHELLE AND ANY ESTABLISHMENT MICHAEL RENAUD OPERATES !!! More

The woman who works in the office behind the service writers desk went above and beyond. the Service writers not so much. I asked about a upper console which was not included in my owners manual and was informed that it was for the use of OnStar. I asked about a iPod cable that was included with the vehicle and was informed that it would need an additional adapter for use with my Galaxy cell phone. I asked about the center enclosure and was informed that the spring had worn out and I would need to purchase a new lid from parts. Thank you More
