The dealership is great, along with the staff, but the server center is Horrible. I brought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in. With ONLY 200 miles, YES, 200 miles...I left it there for almost 2 weeks, because I had problems with the A/C that was corrected and a lack of speed/ sluggish and a weird noise coming from the vehicle . When I got my car back, there were scratches and I don't know what kind of stain was on it, but I didn't come off, til this day! Something dripped from the ceiling cause I had it on my roof and on the rear window. I made a complaint, they took pictures and said we will give you a call back. No one EVER called me back! When I've called, I was put on hold and forgotten about. I never got a return call and I never went down there, cause I know things would have gotten out of hand. So, for this reason I would NOT recommend this service center. They are untrustworthy and very unreliable.. More
