I was scheduled to deal with Lisa Lewis, but, she was assisting someone else at my arrival appointment time, so, her assistant/co-worker (whose name eludes me unfortunately) was given to me. She was both excellent to deal with and a complete sweetheart. I did have the pleasure of speaking briefly to Lisa Lewis, however. One word for the entire staff in the service department: awesome! The dealership is great, along with the staff, but the server center is Horrible. I brought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in. With ONLY 200 miles, YES, 200 miles...I left it there for almost 2 weeks, because I had problems with the A/C that was corrected and a lack of speed/ sluggish and a weird noise coming from the vehicle . When I got my car back, there were scratches and I don't know what kind of stain was on it, but I didn't come off, til this day! Something dripped from the ceiling cause I had it on my roof and on the rear window. I made a complaint, they took pictures and said we will give you a call back. No one EVER called me back! When I've called, I was put on hold and forgotten about. I never got a return call and I never went down there, cause I know things would have gotten out of hand. So, for this reason I would NOT recommend this service center. They are untrustworthy and very unreliable.. More

Recall I had to bring my car in due to a recall. I was able to make an appointment very easily. When I brought the car in for service, I was told it would I had to bring my car in due to a recall. Lease Three This is my 3rd lease from Hyundai previous experiences were nightmares at dealerships in Brooklyn and Queens. With being passed around to different sa This is my 3rd lease from Hyundai previous experiences were nightmares at dealerships in Brooklyn and Queens. With being passed around to different salesmen and financial personnel and last minute addons at signing the contract. Dealership in Queens lost the vehicle I had returned it was good I asked for receipt for the vehicle that stopped the calls from Hyundai. I was apprehensive of going to New Rochelle Hyundai but then I met Marc Lamassa he was friendly and professional. He listened to me and did not even try to sell me on any vehicle he gave me quotes on every vehicle I was looking at which was about six. I decided to return a few days later and Marc introduced me to Mark Obergfell who showed me every vehicle I was interested in and told me about all the features they each have. With my busy schedule Marc made the process easy by sending me internet links to be able to fill out all necessary paperwork on my time and not at the Dealership. On day of pick up I met Javier Rodriguez who hadmy new vehicle ready and waiting for me. Unlike previous two experiences were I had to wait for hours as they prepared and cleaned the car. Javier went over every line on the contract and there were no hidden fees once again unlike previous leases. Javier then went over every single feature on the car and set up my phone to interact with my car. Javier gave me his card telling me if I have any questions on the car features to call him directly for help. Wow what a sales team no hassle,no pressure and no upsell or hidden fees the price I was originally quoted by Marc is what I paid. I plan to return for lease four. The only issue I had at New Rochelle Hyundai was me in deciding which model and color to choose. Thanks Marc,Mark and Javier. More
