I could not have been treated any better at one of the luxury car dealerships near by. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond from Mike Romano who greeted me, to Juan Guzman who was my salesman and Mike in finance who crunched numbers to get me good financing. My hat is off to you and restoring my faith in car dealerships. Keep up the good people skills I witnessed. More
Paid for a whole new transmission for a car with low mileage Check engine light went on for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that had 32k miles on it. Car was running fine. They put in two new parts at a cost of labor/p Check engine light went on for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that had 32k miles on it. Car was running fine. They put in two new parts at a cost of labor/parts $850. After they put the parts in the transmission was vibrating. They said the only way to fix it was to put a whole new transmission in. They said Hyundai would pay 60%. That left me with a bill of $1,400. I said I would pay for the first repair but not the new transmission. They refused. Worst yet, they didn't return phone calls (Lisa Lewis) and didn't return e-mails (service manager). Car was there for over three weeks. Sure they can smile and provide good service for an oil change or tune up, but don't expect it if it is a major repair. They don't know what they are doing. Their mechanics are clueless and it was easier just to pull the whole transmission out ON MY DIME !!! Do not use this dealership and DON'T, I REPEAT DON't use them for any time of major repair. More

The order process was easy and the parts arrived within a few days. One filter was the wrong one and the dealership was very helpful with instructions on how to return it. I had to pay the return shipping, but I guess that's how it's done. I've been waiting two months for a refund back to my credit card for the returned part, but I'm sure everyone's just busy selling lots of new cars. I'll just keep waiting. I emailed Michael Romano, but he didn't reply. I guess he's busy too. Good job! More
