They wanted close to 3k down 360 month for a Santa Fe, base model. Before I walked out they only wanted 1000 down 295 month. Just crazy. To top it off I was hinted by a friend that Hyundai had a $50 gift card offer to test a drive a vehicle but the manager did not honor it unless I signed on a vehicle. I never went there for the $50 i wasn’t honestly there for a new car. But once I felt forced and seeing as to how they were avoiding this gift card made me uneasy. Like i said I mentioned to a friend i was going for a test drive there. He told me to go online and sign up for a gift card so I did it on the way to dealership. But the manager was not having it unless I walked out with a new car. This place sucks. More

Waiting, Calling & Writing 4 months for 5 Days Rental Car $$ Bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue in November 2018. They told me to rent a car up to $45 a day and they would reimburse me. Rented a car for 5 days. Brought in my receipts to dealership for rental car time. Manager said he would reimburse $225. and in email to me and am still waiting. Manager doesn't return my calls, receptionist makes all kinds of excuses why she can't put me through to Mr. Michael Romano, the manager. Car hasn't run well at all. I shouldn't have had to bring it back for long major repairs right away. It wasn't roadworthy when I purchased it. Dealership wouldn't tell me what repairs they did to the car to make it run again. Again I would like my $225 for rental reimbursements promised while I am sitting here with my bad purchase. Buttons on passenger side of car broken. Sincerely, Martin Kelsey and daughter, purchasers. Full explanation of services rendered, and out by 9:30. Not bad, when you only have one day off from work. More
