Ask for Natalee Marrero soon as you get there!!!! New Rochelle Hyundai sold me a car that within a month of beginning my finance was already having to get fixed. The management bounced me around to each manager so no one helped me until I spoke to the GM Michael Romano. So I had a horrible experience. The best employee they have there is Natalee Marrero. Her level of customer service, genuine enthusiasm, and consistency guided me through the process of being a first time finance customer and all the frustrations that came with it.
