1st and last time visiting this service center. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but some how their tech couldn’t loosen the wheel locks on my tires. Which I found very odd and they wer I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but some how their tech couldn’t loosen the wheel locks on my tires. Which I found very odd and they were dealer installed locks to begin with. I was told that they could saw off the locks and put regular lug nuts or new wheel locks. When I opted for the regular lug nuts they said the job would be $137 and I declined. I went directly to a friends house who is a mechanic and was able to take all the locks and lug nuts off by hand with barely any pressure. Which shows the dealer was straight up lying and looking to make money off of fake/unnecessary repairs. I definitely will not be going back for any services. I will be reaching out to hyundai corporate about this. More
