I had visited 4 other dealerships prior to this one, and Michael Metter made me feel the most comfortable and satisfying. He took the time to listen to my requests and needs and went above-and-beyond to make sure he met all my requirements. He even brought over the GM Michael Romano a few times to explain my situation and see how they can best assist me. GM Romano kept ensuring me he wanted me to be satisfied and happy with the service they are providing me - and he truly meant it! (he was not just trying to make a deal) Even after I decided to lease the vehicle, they did not rush me, and took time to explain additional offers from Hyundai, service department, and make sure the car was washed, filled up with gas, registration stickers properly placed, all tape and glue removed/scrubbed off from car tag, license plate installed. I would highly recommend both the salesperson and the dealer! Great team! More

I'm not in the dealership business nor am I an angry customer. I want to submit an honest review so here it goes... my name is mentioned above and I'm basing my review off of the current state I'm in dealing with this location dealership. The sales rep is Roberto.. I have family that work for the manufacturer that forward me a voucher to serve as a down payment for a car. I picked the car that was marketed online and I spoke with Roberto over the phone. I told him my credit state and that I'm a 1099 employee but my income can be verified in ways through my employer. I gave him all of the details including budget with $1000 cash along with the $2800 voucher.. He stated to me my options and what the bank would loan due to my application and credit score. I agreed to an 2017 sonata silver to be exact with 10k miles. He told me to trust him and I did. I forward all requested documents and also gave him cash money. I was confident in Roberto at first, but when he mentioned a lie that I'm more than sure know I didn't say. I read the reviews the real reviews and got concerned. It's been 2 weeks Roberto arrives usually at 12-1 and leave at 5-6pm. There's no time to complete anything yet he took my money within seconds. He's insisting that more banks run my credit and saying he's looking for a number yet dropping my score more with hard inquiries. I didn't sign any paperwork. I just received a car fax. Roberto told me 3 different delivery dates and the last one was that the car would be delivered this Thursday. I got off the phone and also via text and he changed the date for the third time to next Wednesday. This is unacceptable.i stated to Roberto he has until Monday to finalized the loans car or if he's not sure he can do that to refund my deposit as I dispute the credit inquiries. The bank pulled my credit and even went over my debt. He clearly doesn't have enough time in a day to complete one customer sale regardless of the cons. This has been so stressful to me and for Roberto to still have my deposit with no results or a small percentage of attendance a day in the dealership is leading to think this company isn't so great. I've been desperate for a car since loving yo NYC due to work commute and I've been to Cheverolet and BMW how assured me of a more smoother process even in the 1099 status. Roberto mentioned to me the bank only will approve 16k... with the vouchers and everything in place a new car would've been 17.5k! I could've easily saved for the rest of the uncovered fees to balance the voucher and approval versus taking a used car with 10k miles and that's in the shop getting its bumper replace..... Roberto stated that the "car bumper was scratched and was being repaired." There's no other cars on the lot that's 2017 around the supposedly approval amount.... There is! This isn't over I'm still working with Roberto and I will post all reviews as this sale complete or discontinue... I'm sure after reading my honest and factual review this dealership wouldn't want to do business with me. I'm not out to damage this company at all. I want people to know what to expect out of the process in certain situations. This is mine and stayed tuned for the finishing result. I've recorded all of the text messages to prove nothing I post is a lie.... I'm not trying to ruin anyone reputation but I've been losing sleep for days over this and also getting called out of meetings during work hours due this process...
