The environment is friendly, upbeat and professional. No pushy sales experience, as is the case in many other car dealerships. Even when we had follow-up questions on our lease, Mario was willing to sit with us to make sure we understood the lease numbers and terms. Great Service Walked in and was greated; we talked specifics and got right down to what car I wanted. The first Can I give a less than 0 rating??? DON'T GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICE!! Purchased my new car here in 2013. Brought it back twice for maintenance. The first time was for "air conditioning service" that they recommended after 20,000 miles. The air conditioning was working fine when I brought it in but I wanted the filters checked, etc., and it was supposed to be free, included with my purchase. When I got it back the air conditioner was not working; it blew hot air. I had it fixed elsewhere at a cost of $120 (was told by the other mechanic it looked the like something was drained and not replaced...so I KNEW it happened at Hyundai). I had to fight back and forth with these people to get reimbursed the $120 that Hyundai owed me, because they denied it was their fault. They finally sent me a reimbursement check, after speaking with several people. A year later, Hyundai called and offered me a free oil change to "come back". So for the second time, I went back for the "free" oil change. When I got my car back, I could not open the hood! They snapped the latch somehow. Of course when I brought it to them to fix, they said "we don't know what YOU did, maybe you had an accident" I said "I didn't have an accident and you were the last ones to open the hood!" The very unfriendly and unprofessional "Lisa" at the service counter said "you've had the car 2 months since the oil change, we don't know what you did! We have to check it out and it will cost $118 for diagnostic." I said "you were the last people to open the hood! And I'm not going to pay $118 for something you broke! It was fine when I brought it here, and now it doesn't work" (sounds familiar, right?!) My appointment today for the hood was at 8:15 am; as of 11:30 am, they still have not even looked at it and Lisa was very rude when I called to inquire. I said "what is the point of having an appointment?" She said "that's just to meet with the service rep. We have a lot of cars before yours, Miss, we open at 7:30." I said "it is not my fault if you overbook your appointments!" I hope they fix it and I guess I'll pay whatever I have to pay to get my car back, but I will NEVER, EVER go to this place again!! I will not fall for anymore "FREE" gimmicks from these incompetent and rude people. I'd rather pay $30 for the oil change at Jiffylube and get a free car wash with it! Much less hassle. More

Even when I went to pick up the vehicle, they stayed late to handle the paperwork. By the time we finished, the dealership had closed and Astley stayed outside with us in the vehicle to show us how it worked and never seemed rushed. I would go back again in a heartbeat. More
