Lousy customer relations I brought a 2012 Audi from this dealership last June. I was given a bogus car fax that did not show the car was in an accident prior to my purchasing I brought a 2012 Audi from this dealership last June. I was given a bogus car fax that did not show the car was in an accident prior to my purchasing it. I kept it serviced according to the schedule and then things started to happen. The transmission light came on and when I took it into service I was informed that the transmission was defected. Audi replaced the transmission at no charge to me. Later I heard a noise in the engine and took it into service, this was when I was informed the engine was going and when they pulled up the car fax they discovered the car had been in an accident prior to my buying it. I went back to the Hyundai dealership and have been trying to speak to Frank Portaro about my issues with the car, but I have been given the run around. The General Manager was to call me and I have not heard from him yet and it's been two weeks since I sought to have a meeting with him. I had an appointment on Monday at 1:00, but when I arrived he was not there' the staff said he was called away. If I don't have this issue resolved soon I will get in touch with the State Attorney General office to file a complaint for intentional fraud because they sold me this car at the premium price knowing that it had been involved in a wreck and is generally worthless.
