its about the person, not a car sale I was amazed at the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. they made my wife and I feel like family. the manager Mike Romano was such a nic I was amazed at the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. they made my wife and I feel like family. the manager Mike Romano was such a nice guy and answered every question I had and those of my wife. There were no surprizes in the pricing or the car's extras. what he said was what it was. No hard pressure sale. it was just right. Roberto our salesman spent as long as he had to to show how to use the bells and whistles of the car. I couldn't believe the patience he showed my wife. In all, this was a tremendous experience and I will be personally bringing my friends to new Rochelle. fyi, I live in queens but the trip is worth it. More
