When I returned with my daughter to test drive the car, it was ready when we arrived. He explained the safety features and made my daughter feel very comfortable in the car. The Financing Department was excellent, clearly explaining the alternatives without applying any pressure. What it did was help me make the decision to lease my next vehicle at Crystal Automall even though it is 25 miles away; a pretty far distance to have a car serviced.
