Megan in the service department is spectacular. My appointment for an oil change, air & cabin air filters, 3 new tires, rotation and alignment took over 3 hours. Megan was in constant communication by text updates, video messages or coming to the waiting area and updating in person. She would check customers in for their appointment, let them know when their vehicle was ready and had clear communication with the mechanics when they would come in for clarification or confirmation. I’d recommend Megan to anyone. 6 stars! More

Mr. Regis Larkin started just 3 weeks ago at this dealership as its new service manager. He exemplified what a top-notch service professional is and what a true customer-first experience ought to be. dealership as its new service manager. He exemplified what a top-notch service professional is and what a true customer-first experience ought to be. I had issues with my TPMS sensors immediately after routine maintenance. He was genuinely attentive and recognized the problem, as I complained about why it was not identified during the inspection. He arranged for corrective measures that included additional evaluation beyond the scope of a normal routine maintenance job. He arranged for me a loaner car, a full replacement of two TPMS sensors, and a host of diagnostic steps for the main sensor unit. I thought it would take more than a day to identify the problem with the volume of analysis they were doing. On my way home, he called and advised me that my vehicle is ready for pick-up. I can't come back on the same day, as I'll be out of state for a few days. He was very polite, reassuring me that I didn't have to rush to bring back the loaner car. They took care of everything, and I did not pay for any of the extra services or replacement parts. My vehicle is now running smoothly, and most importantly, I feel safe. More
