Mr. Avison, Thank you for your concern. I probably should have mentioned that I bought from Crystal Mazda. I bought a new 2010 Mazda 3 Grand Touring Hatchback in 2008. (Yes 2010 in 2008) I recently came upon this website and felt I should let my experience be known. Every word of what I wrote is the truth. I don't know if they still have a record of my deal, and service record. But, that would give you the name of the service manager. I don't know if he still works for Crystal but I do know the man was an obvious fraud and liar. How could the "Service Manager" not know the stated dealership policy of a free first oil change? And, worse than that, he acted like I was the one lying. When I got home the first thing I did was forward him the emails that I received from Crystal that promised that clearly stated "The first oil change is free". Not surprisingly he never responded.Thanks again for your concern, Kip Moench.
