While I didn't buy a car from Crystal Mazda (I am still searching for the right car/deal), I had a very pleasant experience there and wanted to leave this review. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by Raheel - a customer product advisor (i.e. - salesman). Raheel was great. He was friendly, patient, not pushy (like other car salesmen) and worked to help us find a car we would be interested in. After test driving a few cars (also a good experience - only took about 5 minutes from the time I gave Raheel my license to the time we were on the road), we informed Raheel that we were probably going to leave and head out to see a few other cars at other dealerships (being that we needed to do some comparison shopping). Raheel kindly asked that we come in for a few minutes before heading out. Anyone reading this review that has gone to a car dealership before knows what happened next - out comes Raheel with his manager, Mark, to work on closing a deal. While this is another part of going to car dealerships that I can't stand, I felt that I should be courteous and talk for a few minutes with Mark especially since Raheel was so nice (and after all, Mark and Raheel were just doing what they are trained/paid to do - never let a customer leave without trying to sell them a car). Thankfully, even this part of the visit to the dealership was a very pleasant experience. Mark was very friendly and straight forward and even though I didn't buy a car (so I can't fully review the complete buying experience at Crystal) I can say that I would go back to Crystal in the future and I would direct friends/family to look there as well. Finally, in the event that I do end up finding the right car at the right price from Crystal Mazda and end up buying a car there, I will update this review as to the "complete" buying experience. NOTE - when completing the ratings portion of this review I marked (1) price as N/A (instead of somewhere on the scale of 1 to 5) since I didn't buy a car (i.e. I don't know what the final sales price would have been after negotiating) and have not yet had a chance to fully research pricing information for the car I was interested in and (2) quality of work as N/A since I wasn't having any "work" done. More

Amr was very nice and the rest of the sales staff were also very friendly. Amr took the time with me to get me into a vechicle that I liked and could also afford. Amr was great from entry to exit. He was corteous, respectful and went out of his way to make my husband amd very comfortable. The whole experience was great. Buying a car is never easy but Amr helped respectful and went out of his way to make my husband amd very comfortable. The whole experience was great. This was my first time at Crystal Mazda and my experience was fantastic. It was my first time going out by myself to look at cars and had gone to a few dealerships that day. I couldn't buy anything that day was fantastic. It was my first time going out by myself to look at cars and had gone to a few dealerships that day. I couldn't buy anything that day but I was looking for a great car and great dealership to work with, and if had found that, I was definitely going to come back. A previous sales person I had met with at another dealership didn't even show me around to other cars when he found out I couldn't buy anything that day. He just brushed me off, gave me his card and left me to wander through the sea of cars. When I arrived at Crystal, Anttwan greeted me upon my arrival and was immediately very friendly and easy to talk too. I told him I couldn't buy anything without my parents and he said, 'That's fine. Let's go look at some cars.' He never pressured me to buy anything and showed me around to anything I asked, and had some of his own suggestions. He really helped me (and my parents) out with all my questions and stayed 4 and 1/2 hours past his time to leave to help me out and finish the car deal. I really appreciated that. Mark, who was the manager that helped us out with some of the numbers and closing the deal, was very nice and honest, which I, but especially my dad appreciated. And Lydia, who helped us with the paperwork at the very end was very nice and explained everything. Thanks for making my first time car buying experience awesome! More

Called before hand and was happily greeted right at the door. Amr was extremely prepared and excited to show us as many cars as we wanted to see. Good experience with this dealer. Despite having the only speed3 with my preferences in the area they didn't take advantage of this and still matched a great price I had been given by someone else.
