Lindsey called to notify me that I could finance a new car for a price close to what I was paying for my lease which still had a year and a half left on it. Her and Andres helped me find the car and price I wanted and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I was never pressured or pushed to make a deal and heard me out when I had concerns. Andres showed me the features of the model I was financing and helped me set up the Bluetooth. He even introduced me to the service dept. who would be taking care of my maintenance. Anthony Rendine has finalized my paperwork all three times I got a car from the dealership and is a great asset to them. He remembered me when I came in the door and chatted with me as if we were old friends before I even met with Lindsey; and he introduced me to Andres to start the process. He makes filling out life-changing paperwork easy and comfortable and thoroughly explains all the details of the paperwork so that's easy to understand. The staff at Crystal consistently brings me back for a process that can be stressful by making it less so. I recommend the dealership to my friends and co-workers every time I get a car there because of their excellent customer service and friendly staff. More
