My daughter brought the car in for service. After completing the original service work, she was told that it also needed unanticipated, significant work. The presumed cause of this problem did not se completing the original service work, she was told that it also needed unanticipated, significant work. The presumed cause of this problem did not seem correct, which was verified by an independent garage with a trustworthy reputation. At this point, Rob Avison said to bring the car back in and that he would see to it that the problem was addressed responsibly. Which is exactly what he did. As a result, we will continue to bring our two Mazdas in for service here. More
The Sales person (Amr Elsayed) was very helpful without the typical sales person xx or pressure to buy which normally has me leave a dealership. Mr.Gomez sales service was excellent, very professional and made it an unexpected smooth and easy process. We were very pleased and happy with everything. We have been with Crystal Auto Mall since 1996. We have never been to any other Mazda dealership. We love Mazda and we love our dealership. We have seen many people come and go but it has always been a great experience. Thank you for everything!!! Its always a pleasure doing business with you guys. PS... Went up for "First oil change free"! and, to pick up my plates. First thing I noticed was how differently I was treated, once I actually owned the car. It was like night and day. He had no product knowledge. None! After the oil change was completed(?) they handed me a bill! I explained that I had received two emails from them that promised that you get, "Your first oil change free"! This is standard policy at the dealer. It was also promised at the time of sale. The service manager who's name is long forgotten asked to see a copy of the email. He stated he had no idea about the free oil change! Their own policy! Promised to all new car buyers! He never heard of it! I told him he could call the police right now because I wasn't paying him a dime! After being treated like I was a thief, he said he would talk to someone? He went around the corner and waited a few seconds and then came back around and said "Well, okay, we will do it for you this time"! What a pathetic actor and liar. Needless to say, I will never buy from Crystal again. More

John Velez helped me out in financing, he was very descriptive and was very clear about the options I have as for the maintance on my new mazda. He went through every option explained one by one, ansewered every question I had about the maintaince on my mazda. John Velez also went through my contract and was very clear about it. We came to Crystal because they had a better price than the dealers in our area. We had previously bought a Mazda two years prior from this dealer and had a great experience. This was my daughter's first the dealers in our area. We had previously bought a Mazda two years prior from this dealer and had a great experience. This was my daughter's first car and Amr couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. My husband had worked out the deal prior to our arrival and the car was out front, cleaned and ready to go. The paperwork went fast and in no time we were on our way home. Everyone was happy, especially my daughter!!! Once again we had a wonderful experience and would commend Amr Elsayed for that!! More
Our representative, Mr. El Sayed was very informative and patient with us as we looked for a used car for our daughter. No pressure and little of the usual back and forth in the negotiation process. We had gone to the dealership to test drive the Mazda 2. It had been a while since we had last bought a new car. We were pleasantly surprised by the laid back approach. They were anxious to make a deal and offered us the use of their computer to compare prices from other dealerships. We did not feel highly pressured and there was minimal back-and-forth concerning the value of our trade-in. Everyone was very accommodating and the experience was as painless as this type of thing can be. We would definitely consider doing business with them again when the occasion dictates. More
