I had a serious engine light issue just when I needed to mange some business appointments. I did not have an appointment but I decided to go anyway to the service department. I explained my problem to Meg mange some business appointments. I did not have an appointment but I decided to go anyway to the service department. I explained my problem to Megan Dolce and despite no appointment, she promised to get a tech to check out the problem as soon as possible. I explained my business appointments waiting for me that day and the next, she said "no problem, let me work out a loaner for you". Later that day, I got the tech's response and the repair quotes. I contacted Megan and I explained that I could get back mid day the next day. "No problem". As planned, I arrived mid day the next day to have the work done. Megan explained that the tech would need til the next day to finish the work. I asked what do I do for a car. "No problem, hold onto the loaner til midday tomorrow when your car will be ready." True to her word, the car was ready midday the next day. "No problem!" Thanks, Megan! More
