Deceiving after years of trust Always bought my cars there and service them, never had problem with them, after I bought my 2018 Rogue, the 2nd oil change they told me I needed air Always bought my cars there and service them, never had problem with them, after I bought my 2018 Rogue, the 2nd oil change they told me I needed air filter and log cabin filter. As a former goodyear mechanic, I mentioned to them I will changed both filters that didn't need to change them. The next oil change, they said I voided my free oil change policy, just because I change my own air and cabin filter, which I didn't need.. I have them to replace next time because they were still good... My next car I will buy or lease will be in Nissan World, back to my original dealer... More
Horrific Experience I don't think I can adequately express my anger and frustration with this dealership... it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, and I wis I don't think I can adequately express my anger and frustration with this dealership... it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, and I wish I had never done business with them in the first place. I leased a new car with them, it was a gift for my mother. I live in NYC so I never had to buy or lease a car before. The paperwork was drawn up, I was told I needed $2,000 down, but then when the contract was drawn up it stated $1,000 down, yet they demanded the $2,000 we had discussed. Did they just pocket the extra $1,000? It was not reflected on my contract. I found out, later, that my mother would have to be on the registration to have the car insured under her name, which I had not known. The broker and the dealer knew my situation, yet no one had thought to mention anything about it. I took delivery of the car, my $1,000 vanished into thin air, and when I called the dealership to try to fix the problem, I was hung up on, multiple times. I would be on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and then hung up on, even after explain my situation. It's hard to believe this whole experience was little more than a money grab. Absolutely ZERO customer service, not even the illusion of any. They took my money, locked me into an iron-clad lease, what incentive do they have to provide any customer service anyway? I am horrified by the service at Rt 22 Nissan, I have never experienced anything so discouraging and frustrating. I have been completely disregarded by these people, all because I wanted to get my mother a new car. More
