New Car Purchase This is my second Nissan from RT 22 Nissan. We were greeted at the door by Shawaan White, sale representative. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He explained the differences in the models so I could make an informed decision as to what I wanted. He walked us through the entire process. He explained in great detail all the controls in the vehicle prior to the test drive. He made purchasing the car that much easier. Unable to fix emergency brake assist feature. They told me they checked the emergency braking system but they are not allowed to physically test it. The person who took care of the repair said he is confident it will work. What a bunch of B.S. After picking up the car, I did a test drive on Route 22 and still the system did not work. How can anyone say something will work without testing it first? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
