A nice person can make a difference Memorial day was the right name for the Monday.I drove to Nissan22 around 4PM to check if I can find a nice used car. Once in the parking lot, a nice polite sale man offered his help. Paco showed me what they had available and made me fell comfortable to make the right decision.Discussing the price, he went to the first manager. I was about giving up and leaving the dealer without the car.The guy wasn't nice at all. Paco didn't let me. He went and discussed the situation with the boss. horrible customer service experience I had a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday morning . I arrived at service at 9:15 and drop my car off and awaited to speak to a rep about the origin of my I had a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday morning . I arrived at service at 9:15 and drop my car off and awaited to speak to a rep about the origin of my visit. I believe I sat in the waiting room for about a hour and twenty minutes and nobody even called my name to register my car and here my concern and the reason to for my visit . I finally got the attention of manager Les who then took my information down and apologized for the inconvenience. I dropped off my car at 11 and told them I will not be waiting for the diagnosis test and to please give me a call once completed. It was four o’clock in the afternoon when I decided to head back to the dealership because I hadn’t received a phone call all day. I arrived and waived down manager les again and finally received an update on my car. They where unable to diagnose the issue so I requested my vehicle and returned home . This took my entire Saturday and that was with a appointment scheduled in advance . That was not the best experience I have received at service in a dealership. More

Les was / is awesome Les took time to speak w/ me about the car. Addressed issues that weren’t fixed. Even apologized for nasty girl w/Rosy Perez voice. First time I calle Les took time to speak w/ me about the car. Addressed issues that weren’t fixed. Even apologized for nasty girl w/Rosy Perez voice. First time I called I was on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back 3 times after that & she didn’t answer the phone yet pushed me out to the hold music. She should be lucky to have a job.
