Not so happy customer I went for an oil change and was told by the service representative that was a walk-in and would have to wait up to 3hrs despite the fact that I had a I went for an oil change and was told by the service representative that was a walk-in and would have to wait up to 3hrs despite the fact that I had an appointment. I made him of my appointment and I still waited two hours. When I ask to speak to a manager I was told no one comes until 10am.
