Had to have axle replaced month after purchase I had to call week later,because service didn't call me to tell me,part was there few days before I was told by my service tech the person who should' I had to call week later,because service didn't call me to tell me,part was there few days before I was told by my service tech the person who should've called me.4 months later the car has been back at service for the same problem 4 times. 2nd time there they call me & ask if the car was in an accident I asked why they get me the car had loose frame bolts which only could occur in an accident. I was given a ar fax with my purchase it said nothing if an accident. When they give e the car back in the report it says that the car might still have loose bolts on the frame. I don't understand why I was given a car that might still have lose bolts on the frame & that I might still be hearing noises. I don't understand why I was sold a car that supposedly passed a 150 points inspection. Yet the hood was very noticeably painted. I showed the manager CEASAR also the service manager & they both agreed yes it was painted. I asked CEASAR one the managers at Rt22 Nissan what he could do because I didn't sign a contract for a used car that was painted or had loose frame bolts. He asked me to come in here I am again at Nissan for the 6th or 7th time in 4 month One hour drive plus my dime and days off of work I come in we sit down he tries to put me in another vehicle Comes back to the table and says that it will cost me a 100 extra dollars out of my pocket If I wanted to get another Nissan Altima So reluctantly I said let me see what you have He says hes gonna bring out Nissan Altima for me to see when I go outside to my surprise I see a Nissan sentra my contract was for a Nissan Altima. This is my 4th purchase at this dealership and my worst experience I will most likely never come back here I feel like everyone that I've spoken to Wants to put me back into that vehicle The car has so much depreciation if I wanted to trade or sell that car in the future someone would have looked at the hood and I would have lost so much money on it. Is service department has had my car scuse me the car I was sold For the past a days and I haven't even gotten an update on it I've told everyone that I spoken to I cannot take this loss I did my part I signed the paperwork I read the carfax no accidents but Nissan didn't do what they were supposed to do when they took the car in to inspect it before selling it why should I be paying for the dealerships mistakes someone they're dropped the ball and Me and my family have to pay for I'm very hurt at the treatment I've gotten at the response at this situation I got today April 23rd 2018 And still I got no answer no one called me back not even a text message Unbelievable Very life changing wish for the better but one of the worst experiences absolutely top 5 so sad to say I hope who ever reads this looks my name up in the system and Gives me a call Melvin Vega More
I had a bad experience that was addressed well I first had a customer service problem where I had been left with no car or way home.. I complained and was contacted by Service manager Cassandra Ren I first had a customer service problem where I had been left with no car or way home.. She resolved the problem by reimbursing my charge and giving me a free oil change along with a heartfelt apology this made me very happy. More
