Ok Service Was my first time here and I expected more. Employees were polite but not caring. The waiting area were they have coffee and tea was so dirty. Went for an oil change and after 45 minutes of waiting I got up from where I was seating noticed my car was ready but no employee came to let me know that my car was ready. I approached an employee (wish I knew names) he was eating and on his phone and we he saw me he said “oh yeah by the way your car is ready” in which I already knew because my car was seating out there done for about 10 minutes. Then he gives me my keys a paper without even going over of what they did and just said “thank you have a good day”. I got to my car and the plastic and paper was still on my seat. No one took the time to take it off my car. I mean, I can and did it myself but that’s not the type of service I expected. Overall, it was not the type of service I expected and wanted from Nissan.
