Nothing as advertised High pressure sales tactics and they are definitely NOT customer focused. They don't listen to the customer, take you on a test drive in a car that's High pressure sales tactics and they are definitely NOT customer focused. They don't listen to the customer, take you on a test drive in a car that's not the one they're trying to sell, they don't return phone calls and their delivery of the vehicle is poor. They also don't provide business cards for anyone except the finance manager who was the only one to provide his. And three weeks for tags is ridiculous, and being a busy dealership is no excuse.
