Everything is an upsell and buttons being clicked in a computer, no informal, human-like conversation to make me feel less like a transaction. Not to mention the minimum 2 hours it takes every single time I go there. I literally lose money at work trying to save $34.95. So, overall, the experience is never without stress. I will not be returning for any type of service whatsoever. More

WORST SERVICE EVER When I get there for car service, I was greeting by a nice young man. Great. After that all xxxx broke loose. they took for ever to actually call my n When I get there for car service, I was greeting by a nice young man. Great. After that all xxxx broke loose. they took for ever to actually call my number. When I went to tell the guy my issue with my car he seemed uninterested. After, I asked him how much is it. He said $50 knowing xxxx well it was only $24.00 . whatever ! i also mentioned that there was something sounding wrong with my car . 2 hours later!!!! i go to pay and the front desk little girl had so much attitude.! Then I go to my car and realize I dont have my keys. I find the boy that has my keys and hes like give me a minute. he rushes into the store and doesnt even hold the door for me and goes into a room and is all laughing and joking around. I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE LATE FOR CLASS. So he gives my keys with an attitude. When I get in my car IT SOUNDS WORST THEN WHAT I CAME IN WITH!? Very squeaky and sounds like theres metal dragging on the floor WORST SERVICE EVER AND NEVER GOING BACK More
