Very bad experience...servixe advisor unprofessional .. Extremely dissatisfied I was scheduled for an 8:40am appointment on a Saturday so I arrived 10 minutes earlier. When I arrived there were other cars there so I asked the ind I was scheduled for an 8:40am appointment on a Saturday so I arrived 10 minutes earlier. When I arrived there were other cars there so I asked the individual who took my vehicle if my appointment time would still be honored. He said yes. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation only. It did not go in until after 9:30am. I then waited almost another hour before I got my vehicle back. This is not acceptable especially if I am assured that my appointment time will be honored. I would rather pay money somewhere else. More
