Extremely dissatisfied I was scheduled for an 8:40am appointment on a Saturday so I arrived 10 minutes earlier. When I arrived there were other cars there so I asked the ind I was scheduled for an 8:40am appointment on a Saturday so I arrived 10 minutes earlier. When I arrived there were other cars there so I asked the individual who took my vehicle if my appointment time would still be honored. He said yes. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation only. It did not go in until after 9:30am. I then waited almost another hour before I got my vehicle back. This is not acceptable especially if I am assured that my appointment time will be honored. I would rather pay money somewhere else. More

A very special thanks to the best car sales associate in the business, DAVID TOBER. Best personality and really knows his cars, another reason I keep going back to Nissan 22. They treat you like family. Paco, the sales manager kept a close watch and they got me in and out in an hour. I sat with Dave, then James for finance & Ron transferred my insurance all in an hour. Amazing!! I love this dealership and the owners Ignazio & Iris Giuffre, they have a wonderful team who listens to the customer. I also want to give a special shout out to Macarena, who runs rentals for always hooking me up with a loaner when I need service. In addition, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Julius in the parts department who always greets me with a huge smile and a cheerful hello when I walk into the service area.
