I went to get my oil change as usual last week and while I was in the waiting room, one of the sale managers, Less Turchin, called me to his office to offer a renewal of my lease for a 2018 Rouge. At first, I was not interested in taking the deal because I have dealt with Dave Tobar since the beginning. However, Les’ deal was so good that I could not say no. After making my decision, I was introduced to Craig Cohen (General Sales Manager) and Cesar Hurtado (Sales Manager) who helped to finished the renewal of my lease. Mr. Eligio went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. And how can I forget to mention Mr. Paco who was great as he showed me the functionality of the vehicle. He was very detailed in his communication. I must say that these reps are not on top of you to sell you the first thing like other dealers I visited. I truly loved that they let you browse and when you ready to pick and choose your vehicle, they make it possible for the customer to be fully satisfied. I give kudos to Eligio & Paco for putting a smile on my face and I drove off with my 2017 Murano Platinum fully loaded. Nissan is the place to go and I recommend them to anyone reading.
