A great car buying experience I had done my homework, and visited another dealership before coming to Route 22 Nissan. The other dealer didn’t want to budge on their price, and so I had done my homework, and visited another dealership before coming to Route 22 Nissan. The other dealer didn’t want to budge on their price, and so I felt that they really didn’t want my business. I went on Route 22s website, and saw a car that I was interested in. I provided my name and email, and within an hour I had Lakia Holmes contacting me about my car. I explained my situation, and she was happy to deal with me via email (a lot of dealers will not do this). After giving me a rough estimate, I made the trip to the dealer. I was greeted by Tony C as I was looking at cars outside. He had me come in and check in with the front desk, and then proceeded to inquire as to what I was looking for. As I had done my homework, I knew what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. The internet price was low, and Tony explained that this price includes every incentive you could possibly get, most which I didn’t qualify for. He was honest enough to show me an house page that showed the MSRP as well as the invoice price. He offered a price below the invoice, but it was still more than I wanted to pay. Then he asked me about leasing, explained that the incentives were very good this month, and it might be a better option for me. He asked me to write down the price I wanted to pay (within reason of course), and then gave my wife and I time to talk it out. I wrote my price down, and he made it happen. I appreciate how honest he was throughout the entire process. More

Best sales and finance team I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue at this dealership and the experience was great. I originally had a loan through my credit union but when tha I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue at this dealership and the experience was great. I originally had a loan through my credit union but when that fell through, Alicia made sure that I was able to get a better Finance rate and monthly payment from Gus the finance manager. It wasn't like any of my other car buying experiences where I would wait hours to test drive.... then hours for numbers... then hours to finally see someone in finance... then hours to get the car cleaned up. I spoke to someone before I got there and the vehicle was already cleaned up and ready to test drive. Even afterwards, my plates came in a timely manner. And on top of all of that, my eight year old daughter loves our new car. I will definitely be referring people to Alicia at Route 22 Nissan. More
