John Pierce and Marquis Thomas worked hard to ensure we were getting the best deal, with as little fuss as possible. To be quite honest, there was no fuss at all. I experienced the most hackle free time purchasing my Nissan Rogue while at Route 22 Nissan. My sales person was a young gentleman by the name of Gary. I communicated to him what I wanted and what I could afford to pay, and without any back and forth he escorted me to the lounge section of the dealership, gave me a hot cup of coffee, asked me what did I want to watch on TV and told me he would be back. Within 30 minutes he worked diligently to meet my demands. Forty Five minutes from the time I arrived at the dealership I was leaving with everything I wanted, and most importantly, with what I could afford to pay. He literally made me feel like I was related to him and it was his obligation to make sure I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Gary hold a class for other sales people on how to make a customer feel special. I visited last Saturday September 10, my Service Agent Nicholas wrote me up and I authorized to change for new tires. I was surprised that he came back to me and told me that the technician Emanuel thought my tires were good enough for the winter and it was up to me to change. Normally from my experience it would be changed just to make the sale. The staff at this dealership are always professional and friendly, this action has cemented my Committment as a loyal customer.
