I am so happy I visited Route 22 Nissan this Saturday because I was able to go in, no appointment, with a 2013 Nissan Sentra and leave with a 2016 Nis I am so happy I visited Route 22 Nissan this Saturday because I was able to go in, no appointment, with a 2013 Nissan Sentra and leave with a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I knew I wanted a bigger car so of course Alicia and the manager gave me some options. They said I could test drive the Altima and the Rogue. Alicia informed me about the Rogue and once I drove it, I fell in love. I went with my mother (she has more experience) and between all of us communicating, they gave us a great deal. They did not force me to do anything. They were kind and patient (we had 2 toddlers with us). Alicia also gave me a phone number for affordable insurance. She's great! More

Horrific Experience Start off with going on True Car to get pricing for a 2016 Maxima, when Diane from this dealership called I had informed her that Nissan of Edison wa Start off with going on True Car to get pricing for a 2016 Maxima, when Diane from this dealership called I had informed her that Nissan of Edison was offering $4000 more on their true car price then Nissan of 22. Diane insisted on having me come in and talk with their sales manager Abas, she then calimed that their internet pricing on true cars was not yet updated and they would match or beat Edison Nissan. Sure enough I stopped by, where to begin this epic downfall, first the dealership needs to do something because unlike other big dealership their entire fleet is 2016 they barely move cars and its beyond dead in there (that should have been a sign). Second my potential trade in was a manual, and sure enough not only did they try and low ball the trade, the manager Abas needed to get another manager due to not knowing how to drive manual. Third, finally we sit down for numbers and this manager after speaking with him several times on the phone and telling him what the true car value was for Edison Nissan, he finally sees the print out and goes we cannot come anywhere near, their price was as it was $4000 more then Edison Nissan, and he assured me that I should have gone there. Truly horrific experience from driving there and throughout the entire ordeal. More
