Completely Lied to on the Phone I was quoted a price on the phone; the representative than scheduled the next evening to come down to finalize the deal. I specifically questioned her I was quoted a price on the phone; the representative than scheduled the next evening to come down to finalize the deal. I specifically questioned her if there was anything else due at signing. She assured me that there absolutely was not. When I arrived this evening the rep I spoke to on thing phone mysteriously was unavailable. The salesperson I was dealing with tacked on over $4,500 in additional due at signing fees. Additionally, the manager I dealt with on the way out was completely arrogant and rude. More
