06/18/2015 I don't know where to start but this place just car about your money. I bought my car from them, every oil change i went here. One of the oil change they crack my car`s oil pan strip, and now they deny. Service adviser( Vincent) he has really attitude problem. Manager of the department, he just keeping saying" you have to pay" you have to pay". If i need to pay, i will pay no worries but listen to customer first. After they listen to you, they are looking at your face speechless.And Service manager said that" i have to run this place, it doesn't work that way" Is that really costumer service skill? or are they really care about us? or they really focus on customer satisfaction? By the way anytime you go there, just be ready that you will waste at least 2 hours of your life for any single service check.... More

Our sales person Steven Perez was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to our needs & wants before he began to talk about what they could offer. Although the process was long not once did we feel like our time was being wasted. We could clearly see that Steven was doing everything he could to make sure that we not only got the car that we wanted but got the best price possible. We will definitely be coming back to visit Steven when we start looking for a second car. He is an amazing asset to the company and we wish him nothing but success in his career. More

Worst Experience Even prior to buy car from here, i have worst experience. Here is the story begun I visited this dealer at 03/21 to buy New SUV Rogue 2015, I gav Even prior to buy car from here, i have worst experience. Here is the story begun I visited this dealer at 03/21 to buy New SUV Rogue 2015, I gave my all preferences to my sales reperentivie (Clay Roca) as follows. Model: Nissan Rogue SV Package: Family Package + Premium Package + Exterior color Black + Interior color Almond. Clay told me, they don't have this configuration at their inventory but need to search. After search he found one car with same configuration with another dealer. But this car is having extra accessory of cost $1250. After negotiation we finalized the deal and i paid $1000 as token money, i immediately told him, please book this car cause i don't want to lose it with this configuration. Clay the Sales representative told me that we will get this car in couple of days. Everything is fine till here. Now the issue started, After 2 days at 03/23 Clay called me and said, "The Black color is sold and they don't have this color anymore with other dealers also". Oh dam, why i signed purchase order if i am not going to get this configuration, really hard for me. He offered me another color "Silver" which i rejected to get. Nothing happened for next two days till today, I called Clay so many times, and he neither picked the phone nor called me back with status. “Really frustrated" Then i called to Sales Manager, The guy Howard Newman straight away told me that they had not promised me to give that color, Oh man, i completely stuck now. He offered me the same "Silver" color. I planned to get this Black color only because my wife wants it and i want to give present to her on her birthday. These both guys have screwed my whole fun and now i have to get car with different color. Apart from this, The car which i finalized was having accessory worth $1250. The new car is having accessory worth $555. Bad part, these guys don't want to reduce the price itself. Oh man, really unprofessional behavior from Route 22. Surely i will not buy my next car from Route 22 Nissan. More
