The supervisor whom we were suppose to talk to the day that we were suppose to close the deal delayed everything. he was not transparent with us when we got there. We had to make a second trip to close the deal which i thought was a waste of time. On the closing day the waiting period was too long as a new mom with my daughter with me. Finally the sales rep Gibril was very professional, following us with a phone call a day after the car was purchased. More

The good thing I felt at route 22 is me and my wife spent more time discussing about the different options and picking the right one instead of negotiating for a good deal. Alex is the product specialist we meet first day and we liked the way he explained, setup the test drives for vehicles and other simple things that are important than negotiating the price. One more important point was that price was close or less than mentioned by True cars. As they mention "One Price,Our Best Price" is something I personally experienced.
