I came in to get an alignment and oil change on my 2006 Nissan Murano. The alignment was done, but the oil change was declined by the service advisor who noted that it could not completed because the drain Nissan Murano. The alignment was done, but the oil change was declined by the service advisor who noted that it could not completed because the drain plug was stripped and I needed a new oil pan costing over $400. When I got home, I went under the vehicle to confirm if what the service advisor stated was true, but found that the oil pan is in good condition, gasket not leaking and the drain plug unstripped. The valve cover gaskets are leaking, but a quote was not given for the repairs. The service advisor also noted that I declined the multi point inspection which is a lie. I previously called in to schedule the wheel alignment and stated that I have an oil leak and wanted that checked out before doing an oil change. Upon arrival at the service center, I was called in for pre-screening by the sales advisor to do an assessment and work order. I told the representative that I came to get wheel alignment and and oil change(free multi point inspection is done when oil changes are performed). The service advisor then mentioned service options including the multi point inspection at a rate of about $140 to be paid immediately if performed without the recommendations or the rate would be applied to the bill only if I got the recommended repairs done that day. More

I have had multiple problems with my car since purchasing it brand new (2019) at Route 22 Nissan in August or 2019. It is a Nissan Rouge SL AWD. The service department has not corrected these problems to my it brand new (2019) at Route 22 Nissan in August or 2019. It is a Nissan Rouge SL AWD. The service department has not corrected these problems to my satisfaction over the past 7 months despite multiple visits for the same problem. Finally on this visit the manager stepped in. It is too early to tell if my car has been fixed properly this time. I hope that it is and I can continue my business with Route 22 Nissan. I am cautiously optimistic. However, I am very disappointed in my purchase overall since it has so many issues and Route 22 Nissan has not offered to extend my warranty to show good faith in their products. More
