I came for oil change and recall replacement. Before taking appointment I was told that recall part need to be ordered and i must take appointment before noon. I made sure about these and then only visi taking appointment I was told that recall part need to be ordered and i must take appointment before noon. I made sure about these and then only visited. 1. When arrived, I was told that part needs to be ordered so recall work can not be done, if that is the case, i should have told about the same in advance and appointment should have made for oil change only. This happen during my previous visit as well. 2.I was told that brake flush is recommended to which I said , can I do it on next visit. I was told thats fine and then was charged 29.99 for oul change. When I asked, i was told that since i didnt agree for the brake flush so is the chage. Rep. should have explained me this at the beginning itself.. I felt like the reason (recall) i came was ignored and was told to get some other things like fluid flush done.. every it feels like extra services are being applied which defeats the free oil change purpose..
